This notice covers the Institute for Civic Service’s websites: incivicservice.org, frameformobility.org, and planforplanning.org.

What we collect

The Ask forms on these sites collect your name, your email address, and, if you choose to give it, your organization, together with your question or message. The newsletter forms collect your email address.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to the Institute through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). Newsletter subscriptions are handled by Substack. Donations are made on our fiscal sponsor’s donation platform (HCB); these sites do not collect or store payment details.

How we use it

We use what you send only to reply to your question, to send the newsletter you subscribed to, and to run the Institute’s programs. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it beyond the processors named above.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email w_stan@incivicservice.org and we will act on your request.
